In virtue of the Decree 120/98 and 87/2007 of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura with reference to country accommodation, our cancellation policy, in the event of a deposit having been paid for your stay, or credit card details been provided, is the following:

• Cancellations made with over a week’s notice permit total re-imbursement of the deposit, or a change to other available dates of the client’s choice.
• Cancellations made with between 48 hrs and one week’s notice occasion the loss of any deposit paid, or a charge of 30% of the total cost to be made from the credit card in concept of cancellation charges.
• Cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice, or during the actual stay, cause the loss of the total cost of the stay in concept of cancellation charges.
